Firstly, we are engineers with intensive 16 years of experiences investing in Hanoi region, 3 years of managing property in Hanoi and Vinh Phuc, 5 years of apartment sales agent in Hanoi. We know every corner of Hanoi and travel a lot within Vietnam and oversea to understand the whole market.

We are passionate about making a property become a great living space. We love the work of taking care an apartment, making it nice as a small hotel, making our Customers happy with their investments.

Most importantly, we share the risk by co-investing with Customer. “Do the right investment at first” so everything after that becomes easier: eg renting, selling/exit, reinvesting. We believe in what we invest and will say No to Customer what we do not believe. Thus, where other agents say yes, we normally say no and vise versa

Next, we love the beauty of architecture world and believe that every apartment should have it own heart: that is conceptual design and we put effort on that at the beginning of every apartment. Integration of smart technology in managing property is another different point to help our Customer optimize the renting return.
